Cottage Getaway

When the weather gets warmer, getting away with a trip to the summer cottage is the perfect way to pass a warm afternoon. Whether you're cooking in the great outdoors, lounging by the lake or participating in some water sports, it's all about being able to soak up nature, good company and the beauty of the surroundings.

For her summer cottage, designed a client's bedroom where she will spend entire summer. She wanted the room to look pretty.

This room overlooks the scenic backyard filled with birch and spruce trees. For the makeover and to make it look pretty, used Natural woods for the ceiling and chose some pretty pillows. A floor-to-ceiling wood panel wall instantly grabs attention. The tiny table—just big enough to accommodate a bud vase, cell phone, or coffee cup. The lace and floral pillows adds a soft style.

There is a cozy feel of warmth and serenity in the room.

Her lovely bedroom from the cottage is ready and she can't wait to move to the cottage this summer.
